
The Employment Pass is issued to a foreigner who enters into Malaysia to take up employment for a minimum of two (2) years, after the applicant has obtained the approval for expatriate post from the relevant authorized agencies.
Expatriates may only work for the company name in the Employment Pass. They have to apply for new submission once they have changed to a new company. In ACG, we offer to assist on

- Degree and above, with at least 3 years of experience in relevant field
- Diploma, with at least 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Technical Certificate with at least 7 years of experience in relevant field
- Shareholder(s) must have minimum 30% equity in the company; AND
- Must be SSM registered Director of the Company or hold certain key position in the Company
